2. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning

  • Exhaust Fan Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Kitchen Precipitator Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Laundry Exhaust Cleaning

  • Grease Filter Cleaning & Replacement

  • Related fire-safety and compliance cleaning services

All work is performed by trained and insured technicians in accordance with NFPA 96 and local FDNY fire-safety regulations.


3. Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on system condition, access, or additional cleaning requirements identified on-site. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Taxes and disposal fees (if applicable) may be added to the final invoice.


4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, ACH, or approved business checks.

Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly finance charge or the maximum allowed by law. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension and additional collection costs.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed without proper notice may be subject to a service call fee.


6. Access and Preparation

Customers must ensure clear access to all hoods, ducts, fans, or exhaust systems prior to service. Our team is not responsible for moving heavy kitchen equipment, ceiling tiles, or materials that obstruct access. If such items must be moved, additional charges may apply.


7. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take every precaution to ensure safety and care, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or corrosion to equipment or ductwork

  • Malfunctions caused by improper installation or prior maintenance

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including downtime or lost revenue

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.


8. Warranties

All work is performed to professional standards and in compliance with NFPA 96. However, due to varying usage conditions and grease accumulation rates, we do not guarantee system performance or cleanliness beyond the date of service. Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.


9. Compliance Documentation

After each service, clients will receive a detailed cleaning report, before-and-after photos, and a compliance certificate. These documents confirm that the system was cleaned to code at the time of service.

All content, text, images, and materials on this website are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
